The new frontier of repacking

Interesting for those in search of new market levers, but indispensable for those who want to diversify their offer from the competition, repacking lines represent the new frontier of packaging. Ideal for soft drink producers, but also suitable for other types of drinks, such as flavoured mineral water, very fashionable in recent times, these lines are characterised by high flexibility and a high number of possible combinations, so high that ACMI decided to group them into four main categories to make communication and understanding of the proposed solutions more effective

How it works

ACMI invented the concept of “Rainbow Technology”, a concept that includes all the systems produced by the italian company able to perform the repacking function. The four main categories mentioned above include:

Project analysis

Rainbow pallets for loose bottles and cans: repacking of loose bottles on shaped plastic trays or cardboard trays to create an assortment of bottles with mixed flavours directly for the point of sale with different pallet sizes.

Different flavours

Rainbow Pallet for packs of cans or bottles: a combination of packs (packs of bottles or packs of cans) with different flavours on any pallet size.

Combination

Rainbow Multipack: a combination of packs with mixed flavours on a cardboard tray or other support.

Repacking concepts

Rainbow Pack: the most classic of repacking concepts “Made in ACMI”. This is the creation of sales units consisting of two bottles of different flavours (duopack) joined by an elastic band that does not require glue or heat for its application.

Duopack

The creation of the duopack, which can also be equipped with a handle and grouped in a 3x2 logistic pack, is entrusted to the Easypack and Easymax.
